This player is one of two manufacturers competing to produce and sell sanitary water systems
to the housing associations. There are two types of water systems that can be produced: normal or water saving.
To produce water systems of a particular type, a manufacturer must maintain or build a factory that produces that
particular type.
A factory can only produce one system for sale per turn. Factories grow old and must be maintained and eventually replaced.
Factories can be converted to the manufacture of another type of system once a turn. Manufacturers are responsible for setting
prices for their water systems and thus compete on price with the other manufacturers for the custom of the housing associations.
