This player is one of two Housing Associations. Housing associations must
maintain the sanitary water systems in the houses they own. These systems are
responsible for providing water to the occupants of the houses. There are two different types of water system that
housing associations can buy from manufacturers: normal or water saving. Since housing associations must pay for the water
their houses' tenants consume, the choice of water system affects the associations' profits. Water systems must be bought
to replace old systems that after a specific number of years, breakdown.
