She is researcher at the Dept. of Business and Managerial Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II and Assistant Professor in Managerial and Accounting Systems at the School of Engineering of University of Naples Federico II. Her Research interests concern mainly the modeling of learning processes in small firms’ networks through agent-based computational methodology and the exploration of small firms’ networks dynamics through social simulation.
